Is this really possible? To combines two contradictions such as the traditional food and folkculture of Hallingdal in Norway and the modernity of tapas? Well, Hallingkost managed to do it with help from the local chefs of Hallingdal and the great natural ingredients of the local food producers. The designconcept of the book is based on a combination of elements from Hallingdals folklore such as the rose used with the pagina and the titletext together with the strictness of the grid. The book was made together with photographer Marius Rua.
